Teacher- Partner Checklist

Baby Garten Studio offers studio time and marketing support to educators who wish to run their class as their own business.  Baby Garten Studio does not hire employees or handle tuitons paid to educators for classes. Baby Garten Studio Teacher-Partners are their own bosses and are responsible for all aspects of their business. Please review the list below to see what's require to become a Baby Garten Studio Teacher-Partner. Then please contact us by email if you have any questions.

 Items needed to reserve studio time at Baby Garten Studio:

  • Legal name of your business (as appears on your insurance/ business license)

  • Insurance endorsement page showing your coverage limits. Baby Garten Studio as an additional insured.

  • Name of class

  • Date and times you'd like to reserve for your class (es).

  • Your contact address (snail and email) and phone for rental agreement.

  • Signed rental agreement (you'll receive rental agreement sent once we've receive above info from you)

  • Payment for approved studio hours (Check to Baby Garten Studio1947 30th St, San Diego, 92102)

  • Which online registration tool you will be using (either through your own website, Google Checkout, PayPal, Constant Contact, Eventbrite, Jackrabbit, etc) and appropriate link or HTML button code for your web page on our site.

  • Contact info CUSTOMERS will see on our website (email and phone so students contact YOU about your class).

  • Class description you want parents to see on our website

  • PROFESSIONAL eye-catching photo representative of your class (must have rights to use- try www.shutterstock.com)

  • Your logo if you have one.

 *Please note that rental agreement and full payment must be received in order to begin promotion of your class through our studio. The sooner we receive this, the sooner families will know about your class.
